This consists of 12 months in a year, 7 days in a week, and 24 hours in a day. Before we start on the Irish calendar itself, why not tell us about the calendar followed where you live:
- Is it Gregorian also, or another type, such as Jewish or Chinese?
- What are the names of the days of the week in your language?
- What festivals and important days stand out for you?
We have also attached a Padlet and would love you to show us an important day where you live! Padlet is an interactive pinboard where learners can add audio, video and text to express themselves.
